Payment and payment

All amounts stated on the website are in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

 

Wigglylines Studio accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay Online. We do not charge any kind of transaction fee for your purchase.

 

The payment of the order will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

 

Wigglylines Studio uses a secure payment server, Stripe, which encrypts all information, meaning that the connection is completely secure.

 

Delivery

We only deliver goods within Denmark unless otherwise agreed. If you want to make a purchase with delivery to another country in Europe, please contact us here. We only dispatch parcels on Sundays unless otherwise stated or agreed. Order by Friday to have your order dispatched on Sunday of the same week. If the purchase is made on a Saturday or Sunday, the order will be dispatched on Sunday of the following week, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Once the item has been dispatched, the delivery time for your order is normally 1-3 business days.

In special cases, should there be an extended delivery time, we will notify you by email.

 

We deliver to private addresses in Denmark - excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland.

 

All items are delivered by DAO or PostNord unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that it is also possible to pick up the order locally in Copenhagen. This can only be done by appointment. If you are interested in making a purchase with pick-up, please arrange this prior to purchase by contacting us.

 

Returns and right of cancellation

There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased on our webshop.

 

The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. You are responsible for any return costs, and the choice of carrier is your responsibility.

 

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and we must receive the order no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your right of cancellation.

 

The notification must be given by email to wigglylinesstudio@gmail.com, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

 

It is up to Wigglylines Studio to assess the condition of the goods. If the product has been tested beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function of the product, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that in the event of cancellation of the purchase, you will receive a small part or none of the purchase amount back.

 

Right of complaint

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, there is a 2-year warranty on products. Complaints apply to defects in material and/or workmanship.

 

Complaints must be notified to Wigglylines Studio within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. One month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

 

The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

 

Wigglylines Studio will cover the return costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

 

 

Personal data policy

When you purchase an item and provide the information yourself, we receive customer data. As a data controller, we treat your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties to process some of our data, for example in our freight management, which is not developed by [company name]. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to ensure that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of personal data.

 

Complaint options

You can send an email to wigglylinesstudio@gmail.com or use the contact form if you want to get in touch with us, have questions or want to file a complaint.

 

If you have a complaint and we do not succeed in finding a solution together, you will be able to use one of the following options to file a complaint:

 

- Centre for Complaint Resolution, via the Complaint Portal at the House of Nævnenes Hus. Go to the complaint portal.

- Centre for Complaint Resolution, House of Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

- If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can submit your complaint in the EU Commission's online complaint portal. Go to the EU complaint portal.

 

When filing a complaint, you must provide/use our email wigglylinesstudio@gmail.com.
