Organic shapes. Aesthetics and usability. The perfect in the imperfect, and the hidden beauty in the unforeseen. This is part of the inspiration behind Wigglylines.

Wigglylines is a ceramics brand that began to take shape in 2023. I mostly work with applied art in the form of cups, bowls and vases, but also venture into the more sculptural.

​

My work is inspired by nature, and especially the undulating shapes and soft movements. It can be seen not only in the colours and shades I use but also as a result of different techniques.

​

This style is also a confrontation with the stringy and stereotypically perfect work, in an attempt to present the perfect in the imperfect, the beautiful in the crooked. In the same way, it is an expression that we humans should not always strive for the perfect, but that we are each beautiful with our flaws. Wigglylines Studio is therefore built on the idea that there must also be space and time to find yourself and find your own path in life.
